Can I trade my organs to my BF?

I'm MTF and my boyfriend is FTM. We have a daughter, but would like to have another child in the future. My boyfriend had an idea to give me his uterus in exchange for my testies, if we have the same blood type. I would like to carry our next child, but would this be possible?
