I have been a hypnotherapist for 10 yrs. Self-hypnosis is a lighter version of deep hypnosis that we can practice on ourselves in everyday situations. Remember, all that we do in our every day life, is the product of mind conditioning. You can condition your mind to do anything! Relaxation is the key. Soft music, a quiet place, a comfortable chair is all it takes. Close your eyes, and tell yourself what you want to accomplish. Dont over do it, 1 or 2 things at a time will give your mind enough to work on, good luck
