What mechanical pencil lead and pen is best for drawing/inking Anime/Manga?

Any pencil will do. just use a kneeded eraser to lighten by rolling it over the penciling. use a pentell rsvp to ink find piont. thicker lines bic pens amd sharpies to fill in spaces as needed.
