At the plating line I was at this morning they hang bags with Nickel or Copper In. It is suspended in a salt solution and have really cool Profibus rectifiers to create a current of up to 1000A @ 15V. The parts are then hung from rails that sits in a conductive cradle with a bus bar running across where the frame hangs from.
