How to define my abs?

im a 19 yr old male i weigh about 155-160 and im 5'9. i have lil chub around belly on area. but the upper part towards my best is more defined then bottom. what are ways i could improve my mid and lower sections of my abdominals. i also do oblique work outs too . please tell me ways for that. thank u
