I need an individual HMO plan with cheap copay for prescriptions...?

Before my family was on Kaiser Permanente through my mother's job but now we're not and I'm on my own and we're losing our insurance. My work offers the worst persription plan I've ever heard of, $50 a month for each prescription with a total anual pay out of $1000. My medicine cost $2000 a month with no insurance. On Kaiser it was $10 for each prescription so we payed $20. I called Kaiser and they aren't offering HMO plans to individuals that would give me cheap copays till probably March, anybody know what I can do? Any place I can go that's cheap for me? Please spell out the steps so I can calculate it into my budget quickly because I need to do this by the end of the year. Thank you so much.
