If Christians believe we evolved from early humanoids such as Neanderthals and not Apes...?

Which was the argument someone stated earlier.. Agreeing that tigers evolved from sabertooth tigers and cats are not cousins of that species. Then how is it possible that Neanderthals existed because Anthropologists and Biologists who have done a Half-Life on bones of Neanderthals shows that they existed over 10000 years ago which wouldn't be possible because according to Christians no one existed at that time.
