Girls want them to be loved by guys AS THEY ARE but they have hell lots of qualities they want in a guy. why ?

It is funny, isn't it ? They want their guys to be understanding, supportive, financially well off, career oriented, quick witted, have good sense of humor, y, tall, healthy bla bla bla bla bla..but they want them to be accepted as they are !!! Why so ?
