How to help my dog who seems to have swallowed a medium sized chew bone?

Shes a very young dog we just adopted a couple months ago and already have taken her to the vet because of eating things. Now it seems she swallowed this med. sized rawhide bone to keep my other dog from getting it. She has pain if she moves a certain way. My husband and I have both been laid off and we have Wooyoung children. We just don't have any money to spare, and my husband is unsympathetic. What can I do to help her?Would Ippicat[?} help?
