Am I on the Right Track for USC?

I am currently a freshman at a very competitive high school (ranked Top 50 by Newsweek). The transition from middle school was difficult, so my grades aren't where I'd like them to be. I have a 3.4 weighted GPA which will probably be a 3.5 GPA. I know I can do better the next years with some more effort. I have a lot of EC, job, and volunteering. The only thing holding me back are my grades. I am aiming to get into USC. Can I still get in if i improve? and how much would I need to improve by?
