Disagree: More base commodity does not mean more finished product. If that were true, why is water so prized when the planet is 70% water. Reason, raw material does not become needed finished product in 1 day. Just as in the case of "raw" water, "raw" oil does no good if not "refined" into usable products and the time it takes to research, develop, locate and build a facility to change "raw" into "finished" takes MONEY and TIME.
