I was convicted of a felony, did 3 months, but I NO public conviction record..?

I am wondering what's up with the fact that I did 3 months in jail for larceny from a building, got Convicted of a felony. It was 4 years ago I finished my sentence. It's not showing up on the offender tracking information system online. I'm in michigan. I am just trying to figure out if I have a felony or not...
