What may happen if we read the mind of the brainiest person in the world, could we develop superior intelect?

Well, lets ume we had a monkey who was able to use the intellect of a scientist. I expect the monkey would then have an easy time getting all the bananas it wanted. And maybe all the dates it wanted also. Pretty clever monkey.
