Why don't The Los Angeles Clippers trade Baron Davis?

Davis makes $14 million a year, and has three years left on his contract. No NBA team is going to pick up his contract and obligate themselves to paying that kind of money for a marginal talent like Davis. He's averaging 9 points and five ists per game so far this season. Who would pay $14 million for that?
