Why isn't ChaCha replying to my texts ?

Sometimes ChaCha gets very backed up on answers since they have had a recent influx of business and not enough qualified workers. Try putting the word "lulu" in front of the text if it is a simple question, like the weather or a game score. You can always call ChaCha and ask a question and 1 800 2 CHACHA and they will send the answer via text. Hope this helps!
